However, should you have any questions, or if there’s anything you’d like us to explain further, our friendly, UK-based consultants are on hand to help you with personal service during office hours. Alternatively, please drop us a line at any time, and we’ll get back to you with more information.

Need to change or amend your policy?

If you need to update your personal details, or other information just give us a call or email us with the changes you want to make and we’ll be sure to update your policy accordingly. Remember, we never charge for any amendments… a simple call, or email, is all it takes.

Want to cancel your cover?

If, during the 30 day cooling off period, you decide you no longer need to cover your shortfall, simply call us and we’ll arrange a full refund of the premium paid. If you decide to cancel after the 30-day period, you’ll receive a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the period of cover you have enjoyed, less a £35 admin fee. You cannot cancel your policy however, if we’ve paid, authorised or incurred costs in relation to a claim.
